His extensive industry experience and in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical business bring valuable expertise to Alfa Biomed International.

As a Director of both Alfa Biomed International Pvt. Ltd. and Alfa Biomed India Pvt. Ltd., he plays an important role in providing strategic direction, strengthening business operations and driving the company’s growth objectives. His rich industry experience, scientific knowledge and leadership contribute to building a strong foundation for the organisation and advancing its vision of delivering quality healthcare solutions.

Mr. Shirish Vankudre has career track of more than 24 years in the whole gamut of Human Resources Management from shop floor to the Corporate level with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceuticals industry. Strong human resources professional with a PGDHR & LLB focused in Human Resources Management. A dynamic leader with expertise in delivering sustained results in dynamic environments, establishing HR structure and building employee & organisation value. Mr. Abhishek Dadhich has a career track of more than 21 years leading the integrated spectrum of Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), seamlessly connecting manufacturing capabilities to final corporate market success. A strong professional with a B. Sc.; MMM focused in Business Management, he is an agile leader with expertise in driving profitability in highly competitive environments. He brings extensive experience across strategic portfolio scaling, demand-supply logistics alignment, field force optimization, and cross-functional operations management.

Mr. Harish Mehta has a career track of more than 17 years driving the whole gamut of Brand and Marketing Management from product launch to the Corporate level. A strong marketing professional with a B. Pharmacy; MBA focused in Integrated Marketing Communications, he is a dynamic leader with expertise in delivering sustained results in competitive environments and building scalable brand value.
